At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, their cost and the delivery date of your order.

Canada

• Standard delivery - FREE

  The estimated delivery period is up to 7 business days, depending on the delivery address.

• Express delivery - 9.95 CAD

  The estimated delivery period is 2-3 business days.

International

• Standard delivery - 15 CAD

• International shipping delivery dates may vary.

• Express delivery - 29 CAD

  The estimated delivery period is 2-3 business days.

Returns

You have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to return any regular priced items for refund free of charge. Sale or discounted items are final sale. The items should have all labels attached and be in perfect condition. If your purchase was made over 30 days ago, please contact us via loveletters@thisisstudio.ca

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your Daysuit for another one, please contact customer service at loveletters@thisisstudio.ca

Reimbursements

Refunds will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase.

You will receive the return confirmation through email once the return has been completed.

If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
